Taylor A. Kraft

Taylor Kraft’s practice focuses on a range of workplace safety, incident response, and environmental issues. She has responded to major industrial incidents and has participated in the response to investigations by multiple governmental agencies, including the US Chemical Safety Board (CSB), the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and state equivalent agencies. She assists in coordinating evidence control, witness interviews, and document productions.

 

Taylor also has experience in environmental compliance matters. She advises clients as part of e-hse, the firm's virtual secondment practice.
