Faryn R. Fort

Faryn Fort’s practice focuses on workplace safety and incident response. She has been involved in helping oil and gas and chemical manufacturing clients respond to administrative investigations and enforcement actions arising from major industrial accidents, process safety incidents, and workplace fatalities.

During law school, Faryn served as the Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review. She also was a judicial intern for the Honorable David Hittner of the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas. Faryn is familiar with energy operations having previously worked with a midstream energy company.
