Rachel S. Ewen

Rachel Ewen’s practice focuses on workplace safety and incident response. She has been involved in helping oil and gas and chemical manufacturing clients respond to administrative investigations and enforcement actions arising from major industrial accidents, process safety incidents, and workplace fatalities. She has experience assisting clients with witness interviews and document productions related to investigations by the U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Rachel has also been involved in assisting clients with reviews of their workplace safety culture.

Rachel is familiar with upstream energy operations having previously worked with oil and gas companies on a wide range of matters, including legal issues involving contracts, leases, titles, and royalties.
